Hi, I’m Erin Li, NP.
My name is Erin Li, FNP-C, founder of Your NP Mentor, LLC. I am a Nurse Practitioner with 14 years experience working in primary care and outpatient cardiology. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring new Nurse Practitioners, which I do through my signature group mentorship program, NP Mentorship Club, workshops, and co-created Cardiology Fundamentals Mentorship with Jennifer Carlquist, PA.
I had a difficult transition into practice without mentorship. It was so lonely, hard, and stifled my growth as a new NP. But there is another way to start our careers as NPs. I created Your NP Mentor as a safe space for new NPs to come together for community, mentorship, and clinical support during your transition into practice. So you can have the mentorship your deserve and I wish I had access to as a new NP.
We are not meant to do this alone. As Nurse Practitioners, we deserve to feel empowered, confident, and impactful in the work we do!
Let’s build confidence and community together!
With Love,
Erin
Testimonials
It was great to have dedicated time to discuss things that we do not learn in school. Navigating the first year of practice is so challenging. Having imposter syndrome, managing anxiety surrounding work, practice management outside of true clinical work. Erin was able to provide guidance and support in these areas to help the transition feel less intimidating. It was also great to meet other NP's in similar places in their career.
~ Madeline, NP
It may sound cliché, but being in the group and hearing from others made me realize that I am not alone in this journey. It validated my thoughts and struggles. It was great getting advise from you, an experienced NP, and hearing feedback from others in the group! ~Hazel, NP
Your openness, cool confidence, respect, all helped me feel heard, respected, boosted and supported. Thank you, it’s one thing to tell my husband my journey but when I talked with you, your experiences resonated and you were personal and thoughtful. ~ Mariko, NP
I appreciate the support offered regarding the unseen components of the transition to practice. Erin is a kind, knowledgeable, supportive resource. She acknowledges the gap there is in the transition to practice, but is not taught in school. The space she offers, is safe, honest, reflective and educational. Thank you Erin!
